What is the difference between Health Insurance and Healthcare?

Healthcare is a health care plan that allows the patient the ability to see a doctor for minor medical issues such and colds, shots, prescription, blood work, annual physicals, diagnosis and nursing care. The plans allow you to pay a monthly premium and you receive these services at a discounted rate because you are sharing those cost with a pool of other patients paying a monthly premium.   Health Insurance is coverage for major health events that could require significant medical bills.  These work like Life Insurance policies where you pay a monthly amount, and you get a benefit of the event occurs.  An example would be a $25,000 Heart Attack, Cancer, Stoke policy. Based on your age and qualifying questions if any of these events happen you are paying a monthly premium to have a $25,000 upon diagnosis.
