Open enrollment is the period that you can sign up for ACA plans for the coming year. It also is the time when companies allow its employees to enroll in their fringe benefits such as health/life/dental insurance. Open enrollment in the individual market for 2018 is scheduled for November 1 through December 15. Company open registration varies on when the company starts its new year.
